Villa Lands End has been reborn. One of Pedregal’s most desired locations has been renewed and refined into the most spectacular contemporary villa on the Pedregal cliffs — nestled in luxury on a soaring cliff 260 feet above the Pacific Ocean.
From this perch you have stunning 200-degree views from Lands End to Solmar Beach and the vast Pacific. Every room, including seven ensuite bedrooms, looks to the ocean — whale watching at the rail, or simply calming the soul.
The main level opens to a gourmet kitchen with a wine refrigerator, dining for 14, and a great room with fireplace and ultra-high-definition television. Step to the patio and drink in the Pacific, or watch the pool level one floor below.
The pool deck is built for al fresco living: an infinity pool, a 10-person jacuzzi, chaise lounges, outdoor fire pits, and a recreation room with bar, kitchen, pool table, and lounge. The primary suite has a king bed, sofa bed, oceanfront views, private terrace, and private bath.
